# Stritch Digital

Stritch Digital is based in Sydney and works with businesses across Australia. The studio was founded by Zac, whose background includes psychology teaching and research. Its methodology applies human-computer interaction principles to the design of digital experiences.

Core services include custom website design and development, website strategy, user research, psychology-informed UX, information architecture, UX/UI design, mobile-responsive development, navigation and conversion-flow design, cross-device and browser testing, performance optimisation, documentation, client training, hosting and ongoing maintenance.

Stritch Digital also develops practical digital systems and business automation. Previous work includes online ordering systems, ePrescription submission and Python tools that reduce manual administrative work by extracting, organising and formatting business data.

The project process has four stages. Research identifies the users, their goals, their devices and the critical paths through the website. Design translates these findings into the site's architecture, visual system, information hierarchy, navigation and conversion flows. Development produces the responsive website and tests it across devices and browsers. Launch includes documentation, training, hosting and maintenance.

AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and private language models may be used to accelerate repetitive technical work. Human expertise directs and critically reviews strategy, design, content, development and quality. AI augments the process rather than replacing professional judgement.

The featured 393 Pharmacy project combined a custom responsive website with business automation. Stritch Digital built an online ePrescription ordering system that allowed customers to submit prescriptions through the pharmacy's website. It also developed Python automation that extracted information from invoices and web sources and produced structured CSV files for accounting workflows. The system processed more than 200 invoices and visited more than 300 web pages within minutes, formatting the resulting data for BAS submission.
