Custom Website & Business Automation

A complete digital solution that modernised how 393 Pharmacy serves customers and manages operations. The new website features an integrated ePrescription order form that lets customers submit eScripts online, bringing an essential service channel in-house.

Custom Python automation also eliminated tedious back-office work by extracting data from invoices and web sources, then consolidating everything into structured CSV files ready for accounting software. What used to take hours was achieved within minutes.

  • Built a custom online ordering system that accepts ePrescriptions directly through the website. Customers can now submit their scripts digitally instead of visiting in person or calling. This creates a smoother experience for customers and brings prescription ordering in-house under the pharmacy's own brand.

  • Developed Python scripts that extract invoice data from web sources and invoices, combining them into structured CSV files. The system processed over 200 invoices, visiting over 300 web-pages within minutes and formatted everything ready for BAS submission. This automation eliminated hours of manual data entry.

  • Designed for seamless performance across all devices. Clean interface and consistent functionality whether customers visit on phones, tablets or desktops. Every interaction tested to ensure customers can book, inquire and order prescriptions effortlessly regardless of their device.
